This hotel has an excellent location just a few minute-walk from Bruges' main attractions. Gilles and the staff in general were very nice and accomodating. The bed was comfortable and we had a partial view of the canal from our room.

Location was ideal, very near the square and shopping area. Room was large and comfy, wifi was stable and fast, I had taken an online meeting and stable wifi helps a lot. Room has a nice bathtub and separate shower area. We did not add breakfast which was 30 euros per pax. Instead we went to the square and there were lots of food available.

Everything was lovely! The hotel is well situated for exploring the city but also overlooking the canal. Room was attractive, had chairs by the window for relaxing and breakfast tasty. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here
