I was at a medical conference in Brussels with a group of colleagues. I chose this hotel for both myself and my friends. A very unpleasant incident occurred at the hotel. A group of three suspicious men tried to break into the room of a young colleague, who was very frightened by the incident. What was unacceptable to me was the behavior of the staff. No explanations, no clarifications, nothing. There are no cameras, we can't do anything about it. This place is not safe. Therefore, I cannot evaluate any other advantages of this hotel.

The location is superb. It is central with easy access to so many places - The Market square (1 min) Bruxelles park (5 mins) Grand Palace (6 mins) main shopping streets (1 min and 5 mins). We walked to the European Parliament and Natural History museum which both are about 25 mins walk away. It was good to see another neighbourhood. The lady at hotel reception , Eve, is so helpful and gave us great tips for restaurants. One we went back three times ( Restaurant Spago a great Italian).
My regular hotel when I have a work to do at the European Parliament as it is right in front of the EP. The bed was so large and comfortable I slept as if I was at home. The shower was also very good. I had to check in late but I received a clear instruction as to what I should do in order to access my room and there was absolutely no problem.
Pleasant stay at all. Very close to European Parliament and Luxembourg station. 10-15 minutes from metro station, half an hour walk from historical center. Polite and helpful staff.
Very nicely done up room, albeit rather small. Nice breakfast room, a bit garden style. Good continental breakfast. Friendly owner. Good location for Pl. Jourdain and the European Parliament and other institutions. Buses and metro not far away.
This is my place to stay in Brussels every time I need to go there, very clean, professional and friendly staff, close to the European Council, Berlaymont and European Parliament, close to Schumann metro station, very nice coffee shops around and Place du Jourdan just in 5 min walking distance
Nicely located just next to European Parliament, comfortable, very good breakfast. Few small touches which make your stay comfortable like LED light going on when you go to the restroom at night.
