The staff were lovely and friendly and offered to help me so often. Even the lady who tied my breakfast dishes away was super happy and friendly.
The restaurant food was excellent and I enjoyed the luxury of a real coffee machine. The room was super quiet too and I love being right by the train station.

Very beautiful building that breathes history, large ceilings and very stately common areas. I love that some original elements were kept such as statues of the directors (the building used to be a bank) yet the comfort is perfect. Finally the breakfast is simply amazing, maybe the best I’ve ever had (with the only downside being the coffee machine but that’s personal preference)

It was good for us, in the fact it was close to the CBD but quite enough that we could relax.
Ideally located 4 km from the NATO Headquarters and a 12-minute drive from Brussels International Airport. Brussels Grand Place is 7 km away and the European District is 4 km from this hotel.

Very close to the airport. A good choice for short term visit or business visit in Brussels. Also very helpful and very kind stuff. The key is the shuttle to the airport that was on time and flexible to re-arrange in order to to go the airport earlier.
