The Best hotel in Sarajevo. Excellent design, clean with perfect service. The breakfast was amazing, and the minibar was full of different products like in 5-star hotel.

The room was nice and had plenty of storage space. Air Con was fabulous and the bathroom was spacious with lots of nice toiletries. The Receptionist was very friendly. The location was just a couple of minutes walk from the old town.

Nothing. I don’t know how this hotel has 4 stars when it is filthy, customer is the worst ever experienced. The hotel and cleanliness is appalling. Rooms are filthy, uncleaned, old acs that are so noisy, doors that don’t close no matter how much you slam them. Worst experience ever and I went there due to reviews
