A very comfortable hotel overlooking the Heydar Aliyev Centre. The room was roomy, clean and with good air-conditioning. The breakfast was great - with a lot of choice. And the manager was extremely helpful and friendly, offering us advice on where to go and helping with taxis. He also contacted us on arrival in Baku, to check we were safely on the way! I fully recommend this to business visitors or those taking holidays.

The staff are accomodating, I recommend the hotel to everyone, and the location is very accessible. Kadir is one of the best staff to remember. He assures all demands are met. Great job Kadir!
Very comfortable rooms and helpful staff. Breakfast were good and give energy for tourist life. We used Ulduz metro station that is near by, so moving around was easy. Plus hotel is located near the airport so no problems with quick transfers. Swimming pool and sauna after long day are always very welcome, so we used from first day of our visit till the end.
