This massive property is pretty much run by youngsters in their early 20s and they're doing an amazing job!
The location is right at the bottom of the mountain and you have enough activities at the property to spend a good evening. Would highly recommend taking all the three cable cars!
The room was fantastic with a wide choice at the mini bar.
The restaurant served delicious food. While we did enjoy what was available, the menu is limited for a 5 star experience. Would be great if the hotel could consider the feedback and increase the menu.
There's a fast food restaurant too, but sadly it closes too early unlike the one in Shahdag.
The breakfast spread is brilliant and on par to a 5 star experience.

The Hotel staff was very cordial, especially Ms. Zuhra and Duty Manager (cant remember her name). The hotel is beside the lake and has really beautiful rooms and cottages. The hotel manager gave us a complimentary upgrade which we appreciate a lot.
