Temple of Concordia
You know a building has star quality when it appears in the logo of an organization like UNESCO. The Temple of Concordia’s six-columned facade is the epitome of ancient Greek architecture, and it’s remarkably well preserved. Credit for its longevity goes to Sicily’s 6th-century Christians, who noticed the temple’s importance and converted it into a church.

What a fantastic, iconic structure.
What a fantastic, iconic structure. Did a tour which was very informative and took us all over the building. Despite all the controversy in its build, we are so fortunate to have such a wonderful piece of architecture in our country. It certainly makes the harbour! Also treated ourselves to dinner at Bennelong restaurant. The service and food were both exceptional and would definitely recommend if you can score a booking.

I am not a building tour person and I LOVED the tour of the Sydney Opera House (They offer plays, concerts, etc. and told us they named it the Sydney Opera House because Sydney Community Center did not sound as good! So they have a sense of humor!) They showed us how the lights and sound system acooustics complement each other. The designers were SMART and CLEVER to deliver beauty and function together. This was great and I highly recommend!

Book a small group tour of the Sydney Opera.
Book a small group tour of the Sydney Opera. You will love it!! Even better if you can follow it up with an evening performance. TIP: ask for a standing place which is completely fine and you will get fantastic view.

Very nice place to chill with family and friends.
Very nice place to chill with family and friends. If you are interested in more details and to see the inside of the Opera House, there are a few paid options but it free for general public to explore from outside. Must see if you are in Sydney

Recommend booking an Opera.
We went to see La Boheme in the Joan Sutherland theatre
Great experience and the bonus of being inside the Opera house and have drinks both inside and outside before the performance.

We went to a show in the Opera House (think this is a must) then did the back show tour the next day. Took a boat trip up from Darling Harbour to Circular Key, well worth taking this trip, had a meal on the trip up, then to turn the corner and sailing under the Sydney Harbour Bridge was superb.

Centrally located to the main attraction. We walked along the harbor bridge took pictures and walked leisurely which took us about 1hr to Sydney opera house.
Awesome location. It was close to the Sydney opera house , about two blocks from the cruise port and a lot of other walkable places.
My room had a little kitchenette with a sink, microwave, water, kettle, two burner stove and refrigerator, which was very helpful
The advantage is the excellent location, close to the train station and bus stop, with many great cafes and exotic cuisine nearby. The rooftop space is also great, offering a view of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge.
We had the two bedroom apartment. It was very nice. The beds and bedding were good, and the place was clean. The location was perfect for access to the Sydney Opera House the the Sydney Harbor Bridge. The view was fabulous as shown in the pictures. We would stay here again just for the view.
The hotel was in a nice location in The Rocks area and close
walking distance to the Sydney Opera House, Circular Quay (ferries) and the Bridge Walk experience. There were restaurants and coffee shops close by. The roof top pool was very nice.
The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The location is within a few walkable blocks of so many tourist spots like the Quey, the Rocks area, the Sydney Opera House, etc.
Literally a block away from the Royal Botanic Gardens, the Sydney Opera House (Circular Quay), the NSW State Library and the Museum of Sydney. Magical places all.
Perfect location very close to Circular Quay and the Sydney Opera House, which makes it perfect for exploring the entire region! Friendliest and most helpful front desk staff; clean, quiet room; quick dependable elevator; car park available, though we didn't need that; our expected GREAT Ibis experience from check-in to final departure!
The location was excellent. This was our 1st time traveling to Australia. Being on the water was beautiful, walking outside the hotel and seeing the iconic Sydney Opera House at sunrise & sunset was magical. The hotel is tucked back and quiet, but steps to everything. The morning breakfast was a wonderful and delicious way to start the day.
The price was reasonable and the proximity to the Sydney Opera House was amazing! Also, the breakfast was good and I couldn't beat its location in relation to the Royal Caribbean Cruise port. Sir Stamford Quay was very accommodating about early arrivals from the United States. After 24 hours of travel, the hotel was accommodating in setting me up with a room for a nominal fee. Finally, I did not need a taxi to transport my luggage to the Brilliance of the Seas. The cruise ship was within walking distance!
