Sometimes things go wrong, and it's how the staff address the problem that makes the customer service good. Upgraded room was lovely (1st Pic). Although we still had to ask for robes and coffee pods. View was amazing. Room no. 10 - It was the Premium suite with terrace access (which is not really accessible - you would have to climb out the window and stand on the flat roof) - Hunter
The hotel itself is beautiful - great views around it, old and full of character and clean in the communal areas.
