The location is superb,
the brekfast is really good and variant,
the staff is really helpful and friendly,
we had a room on 3rd floor and it was big and quite(had to close the window).

Loved this one!
Loved this one! Sisi's museum was extremely interesting and well kept with both books, clothes and so go on. We also enjoyed the silver collection and the imperial apartments. Too bad we couldn't take any pictures.

This experience exceeded our expectations. Because it wasn't an official hotel, I had some concerns, but everything turned out very well. The location was incredible. The main floor doorway opens directly on to Josefplatz, where you find the entrance to the national library state hall, as well as the back of the Hofburg complex. It's about a 2 minute walk to the entrance to the Sisi museum and Imperial apartments. The check-in process was smooth and they had a helpful receptionist there on site.
Very modern interior, great shower and separate toilet. Great service and friendly personnel. Very close to the Hofburg, Wiener Opera and the hop-on-hop-off bus (visited Schonbrunn and the Belvedere with the yellow line)
This is a superb hotel in a perfect location. The room was spacious and quiet, the bed comfortable, the shower water pressure excellent. And the staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful.
5 minute walk to the Opera House, and 10 mins to the Hofburg and Spanish Riding School.

Overall, it's a nice boutique hotel in downtown Vienna. The location is fantastic! It's very close to the Vienna Opera House, the Hofburg Palace, the St. Stephen's Cathedral, and many restaurants or stores. Likewise, the room was very comfortable and the staff was very attentive.
We could walk to the station and hofburg on foot.There was plenty of places to eat and penny and aldi to do groceries.Do not forget that it is closed from saturday 6pm to monday.

The location is fantastic! Walking distance to the Hofburg, St Stephan’s, Capuchin Monastery. I even walked to the Belvedere!
Its location: in between Schönbrunn and Hofburg. Also located on a great pedestrian street. Rooms are cozy and the breakfast area is lavish and comfortable.
