The hotel looks like home. And most importantly the staff they are beyond any regular host. I stayed as i was participating in a race and i needed a ride after i missed the bus. Our stay started off wonderfully, with welcoming and joyful personnel. The charm was enhanced by being greeted with a glass of prosecco. The bedding was comfortable, and we enjoyed the well-decorated spa, wellness, and pool areas. Our first dinner met our expectations for fine dining, with a satisfying 5-course experience and a nice vegan option. The hotel also offered great services and a range of activities. Breakfast was also very good.

This hotel is at the perfect location if you want to go skiing in Mandarfen. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with a good selection. For dinner it might have been nice having some more dishes to choose from, but we did always find something we liked and the food was good. We will definitely consider going to this hotel for our next skiing trip. The large swimming pool was also a very good, our kids loved it!
