The stuff is very friendly and helpful, always willing to help. Very clean: the sheets, bathroom, room, kitchen. Great breakfast, always interesting and tasty. Presence of shared kitchen is a big plus, as well as rooms with a view. It's definitely my best stay in Yerevan.
