I felt very comfortable and all staff were helpful and polite. Mrs Rania at the reception is a lovely person and arranged everything perfectly! Nice food too. The gym the pool and all facilities so beautiful and clean! Location great! I was sad to leave but I am going again next week! Yayy.

Actually it’s a pretty good place to get branded items for great discount prices but beware some branded shops says about discounts but it’s not and if you meet 2 different sales person’s they say different prices also 🙄
