Lovely staff, very clean,coffee free. we also loved 3 free drinks each plus food all free, comfortable beds.
Downtown Cleveland, Cleveland
Guests can enjoy the indoor pool, hot tub and 24-hour fitness centre at the hotel. Complimentary hot breakfast and afternoon popcorn and soda are offered daily. On-site guest laundry and a guest pantry are also available for convenience. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The free happy hour drinks were a nice feature.

Select upgraded rooms offer spa baths, vies of the lake, and private balconies. Amazing location, facilities, and staff. When it was raining super hard they had a golf cart train that was covered that they drove around the grounds picking up people. Just overall doing the little thing that add huge value creating memories.
Berlin

I love everything about the blue gate in the only only complaint I have I have been out there several times is when you put it in the ways for directions it takes you around the back and or somewhere else it never takes you straight to the hotel so you might want to see what you can do and adjust that

Everything was clean and worked, the pool and spa really relaxing. Getting to the popular beaches easy although in summer it would be busy. Close to freeways to go to nearby cities. Quiet!! Unusually quiet refrigerator which I love The windows open for fresh air

I liked the front desk staff. They were so accommodating. I enjoyed using the valet parking. I wish there was a jacuzzi or hot tub to use while visiting.
The room was very well appointed. Very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with both a shower and a bath.
the pool was bathwater warm which was actually nicer than a hot tub (which there was non) Room was very clean and spacious. Ramon at the front desk was very friendly and nice. The night check in girl was very nice as well as we had to take the room key back 3 times to get it to work.
Pool and hot tub were great for my family and the community space was a great gathering place have pizza with local relatives.
Located in a great neighborhood, with easy access to the bus line. We booked the room with the private bath, and it was more space than we had expected, with an eat-in kitchen and little sitting area, plus the roomy bedroom and bathroom. Great little apartment for the money!

The morning Staff was great and she always had answers to my question. Room was spacious and I appreciated the extra lounge chair for something to be in besides the bed. Bathroom and sink both looked like they had been recently renovated.
very nice and clean hostel. Staff was friendly and kind. The room was appropriate for our needs. The shared bathrooms were clean and very spacious, never too crowded. There is also a tv lounge, a kitchen where you can store your food and a cute patio where you can chill with other guests. Breakfast is basic but it’s included in the room rate so better than nothing!
