The staff were amazing, taking us on last minute (after a disappointing experience at another hotel) and making sure we were happy. They are on call 24/7 via whats app and really went above and beyond for us at 3am when our aircon stopped working, they were on it straight away and was resolved quickly. Really recommend this stay!

At the apartment complex, every unit has bed linen and towels. This property was amazing. Had all the amenities we needed and the host was the most loveliest person. We stayed because we were volunteering at Soi Dog and we were able to use the complimentary bikes to get around. The restaurant at the front of the property has amazing authentic foods. We wanted to stay longer however was booked out! Will definitely be back.

Soul Villas by The Beach - Phuket is a 10-minute drive from Panwa Beach. It offers sea view villas with private pools. Close to the villas is also a 1-km long beach where guests can enjoy sun bathing, long walks and a dip in the sea. Free canoes are also provided. The staff was friendly and attentive. They even prepared a small cake since it was my birthday on the day we checked in. The villa was superb. It was spacious and clean. The view from our balcony was magnificent, looking over to the beach.

All rooms and villas have flatscreen smart TVs and coffee making equipments. All villas and rooms also have bathtubs and shower. The villas have private pools whereas our Red Pool suites features communal outdoor red pool with kid pool, just a few steps from the room. The house and pool was always cleaned regularly and it was just like another home from home. My kids loved it.

This hostel has such a peaceful, homely vibe with spacious beds that had blackout curtains, clean bathrooms and great areas to sit and relax. It is also conveniently located near the attractions of the old town, the bus stop to Karon/Kata or Patong and numerous cafes/restaurants.
The 2 bedroom suite was absolutely beautiful, very luxurious, 2 large bedrooms, 2 on suite bathrooms (one with jacuzzi bath), little lounge connecting the 2 bedrooms, and a small kitchen. The hotel agreed to store some of our luggage for over a week while we travelled around by ferry back & forth, till our return to the hotel the night before catching flights back home. That was really appreciated.
Stunning venue. The facilities are fantastic. We had a massage in our spa suite which was brilliant. The pool (which looked put over the jungle), gym and restaurant food are all to a high standard. The rooms are beautiful and very large. There was the option to have a jacuzzi bath too which looked out into the jungle. Upon arrival we were given cold towels and a complimentary herbal drink. We were then driven to our suite. All this helped us cool down and feel very welcome. Would highly recommend.
Amazing pool, spa, and service. The villas were so spacious with a walk-in wardrobe, a bedroom with a large bed, a giant bathtub and separate shower, and a lounge area with lots of natural light. Great value for money if you're looking to relax and enjoy your time off. Close drive to Kata Beach in the south and Patong to the north.
Although the room was at the ground floor and with direct access to the back street and pool we felt it comfortable. Nice housekeeping every day and the jacuzzi bath is a great plus. Really spacious room and great bed. Friendly staff and amazing breakfast service served in the balcony.
Lovely apartment, bright and spacious. The terrace with sun loungers and jacuzzi at sunset is very romantic. Pleased with a well-equipped kitchen and the availability of household appliances for a comfortable life. There is a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. I enjoyed swimming in the large pool and working out in the gym. We will stay here again on our next visit!
The village is an exclusive resort on coconut island. There were three pools and a private beach. We stayed in a 2 person suite which was very spacious. The suite had a kitchenette, large bathroom, bedroom with seating and a patio area with a private jacuzzi. There was free boat shuttle to the main land (Phuket)
Had the most incredible stay in Sienna. Absolutely loved both pools, the rooftop bar and downstairs pool cafe had the most delicious food. Would recommend the room with jacuzzi bath, I had breathtaking views from my balcony and the bed was very comfy. I also used the spa facilities and had the most relaxing massage and it was very professional. Just a short walk to the main town but the resort had so much happening that I could have happily not of moved.
The view!! Really-really amazing view from the honeymoon suit. Amazing jacuzzi on the terrace. Super romantic. Good wifi. Poolside restaurant food was actually quite good, we ordered room service a few times and had dinner their once. Breakfast was also not bad. We enjoyed walking to the beach every day, as a good exercise. Kamala beach has its own charm. It’s less pretentious and super cozy. We ended up liking the beach a lot. SPA was alright. Pool area was also quite good and relaxing.
