I am an insulin dependent diabetic. I forgot my insulin in the refrigerator in my room. The maid saw the insulin, realized its importance to me, and notified the front desk. The woman at the front desk telephoned us immediately. We had driven half way to Bangkok and were unable to return to retrieve my medicine. The woman at the front desk mailed the insulin to our destination hotel. I believe she paid the postage herself. That’s excellent service.

Green Residence is a perfect little hotel. The room is simple but has everything you need and everything works. Nice breeze through the balcony and I had an even better room this time with a more modern TV. The girl on reception was very efficient and spoke excellent english. Plenty of parking and there is also a 7-11 on the corner. This is a very convenient spot to stop for my regular travel to Bangkok and I will continue to stay here.

An excellent hotel with amazing staff, cozy rooms, great service, good breakfast, and a wonderful spa. The hotel was very comfortable and the rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a good view. In the evenings, we could enjoy the free spa which included a hammam, bath, jacuzzi, and cold pool - it was a wonderful experience. Moreover, the hotel was located in a great location and the staff regularly helped us with hailing a taxi. Additionally, the hotel offered a simple but tasty breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
The owners were so friendly and helpful. The room was huge!! Very comfortable and nice. The lounge area was outside but it was also very nice to relax in. Plus they had some adopted street cats that were just lovely to spend time with. The owner gave a great tip about coming by boat from the train station; don’t ignore that advice! Super easy and cheap.
they offer many different kinds of coffee and tea for free.you can have a good breakfast and afternoon tea in the garden with sunshine bath.it is a relax choice for the people who like quiet and slowly.
Right across the Rd from ruins, easy walk to lots of food options and night markets. Room was so lovely and cool and private bathroom was also nice! There’s a few spots to relax around the guesthouse and coffee, tea etc all day. The breakfast was great! I tried two local Thai dishes and both were super yummy. The staff are kind and friendly, the property has noise curfews in place but there were no issues. I slept really well.
It was a pleasant experience and relaxed stay for only 1 night. The reception staff is friendly and kind. Enjoyed that the venue has a restaurant on the property and a spacious gym. The pool is beautiful.
Quiet and peaceful, Ayutthaya Retreat is just out of the town centre, but easily reached by Tuk Tuk. Cool and spacious timber buildings in traditional style. My room was a restful haven… comfortable and relaxing. I took one of the tours of some of the temples… it worked out well as the historical sites are spread out and I would t have coped with too much walking in the heat. All the staff were exceptional… friendly, helpful, accommodating, up for a chat and overall really lovely. A whole place is a real retreat
This is a nice hotel located near restaurants and bars. The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. We used the pool after a day of temple hopping and that felt very good. The pool is well kept. For breakfast there is a lot of choice. We came by car and could park the car in the street. The owner is very friendly and organises tours on the river around the island.
I liked everything about Baan Kong Homestay, from the hosts’ generous hospitality to the shady gardens and teak huts where everything has been well-maintained and is in full working order. Secluded and spacious rooms, large patios, big bathrooms and comfortable beds. Nothing feels cramped, all the furniture and fittings are of good quality and in good working order. The free fruit platter on the patio table every morning was a nice touch, as was the umbrella to take with you when visiting the ruins – you’ll be glad you used it.
The room was huge, plenty of space. The bathroom and shower were fine. The staff were excellent during check in and arranging city tours as well as organising us transport to Don Mueang. The location is perfect for the Ayutthaya ruins. You couldn't get closer if you tried. You can see them from the property. Amazing. There is a little start up bar in the evenings outside the property which is nice to chill and relax after a day temple viewing.
The Park Ayutthaya Resort And Spa was located conveniently in the heart of Ayutthaya City Centre, making it a prime location for visiting the nearby attractions such as the famous Wat Mahathat and Wat Phra Sri Sanphet. We rented a car, and had a nice little parking corner within the resort's premises, which makes it super convenient. The premises of the resort was also beautiful, serene, and relaxing, with lots of outdoor areas you can lounge in on a good weather day. Staff were also very friendly and hospitable.
