The guest house has a children's playground and a hot tub. The location is amazing, 10 minutes out from Matamata surrounded by beautiful mountain and farmland scenery. Brenda was very welcoming and friendly. Her cat even more so! The bed was to die for and it was lovely to relax in the hot tub in the evening. My daughter loved the garden with the play equipment and little Hobbit hole. Great location to go to Hobbiton and Tauranga.

A quiet rural environment about 30 minutes south of Auckland airport, which is what we wanted. Very easy access to State Highway 1 so it is convenient for returning rental cars. The property has large rooms, large bathroom facilities, and a large common lounge-kitchen area. There is a fully equipped kitchen and an extensive self serve breakfast bar. Robert had some good suggestions for restaurants in Pukekohe which is about 10 minutes drive from the property.
