Artful and his colleagues were so friendly and humorous! It made us a pleasant start of the day! The evening room service to check up water supply and tidy again our bedding make us feel warm. Especially my younger daughter brought a puppy with her. The staff placed the puppy in different gesture and beds look so cute and warmly when we got back every night. Due to our early flight ✈️, we couldn't make it to the breakfast. Unexpectedly the breakfast boxes and coffee/milk were delivered so early to our room, even before 👨‍🍳 chefs arrived. How did you make it happen? We will definitely stay here whenever coming back to London!

They are friendly, professional and competent, trying to make their guests feel comfortable in every aspect. The room was great with a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine. Water and nespresso pads were refilled daily. Very comfortable beds. We also especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast. This trip was my birthday present and we got a cake and even a happy birthday song at arrival. Highly recommended!!
