The host was very helpful and welcoming, very friendly and also made himself accessible if had need of him during our stay. The apartment was very spacious and overall very comfortable; the choice of two bathrooms was very welcome along with a spacious lounge.
Great room, spacious , big comfortable bed, loved that there was 2 chairs, space for clothes and luggage, bathroom had good mirror plus a small mirror to make up and you could take it out of the bathroom if the other person wanted to shower. Free water bottle in the room, biscuits, milk, tea coffe, and in the lounge also free water to refill, mini muffins, coffee machine. Staff was nice, room was ready at 14

The apartment was ideally and centrally located. It was spacious and clean. The living room was relaxing. The bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds. The kitchen had all the equipment needed, The bathroom had a powerful shower. Overall an great place to stay. Lara was very helpful with suggestions of places to go also.
Everything. We arrived to beautiful sunshine so took advantage of the pool area. The next day it rained so happy to have the space to relax in. After managing to get out in the afternoon we returned and stayed for dinner and relaxed in their lovely lounge area.
Excellent sized room (Royal Suite) with a large jacuzzi, very comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning. Lovely personal service by the staff. Good location for hiking or for visiting Bilbao and the surroundings. Excellent buffet breakfast. Quiet and relaxing rural location with good views of the mountains. Some dishes in the restaurant were exceptional in quality. The foie gras mi-cuit and the Iberian pork were just that as was the fish cookery.
Very secure and well located property with excellent amenities. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Prompt and helpful communication from hosts. We stayed in the 'master suite' which had its own bathroom and a private lounge room equipped with TV. Really liked it.
Well connected to Bilbao by train (only 0,55€ trip buying the 3€ card to use several people at the same time). Hotel Value for money. Nice food in the restaurant, excellent menu for lunch, 13.5€ with 2 courses, drink, bread and desert. Same for breakfast,. Staff extremely helpful and charming. Area quite with total relax at 20 minutes from the old city centre of Bilbao. Confortable bed, spacious bathroom.
We loved the super-friendly helpful staff. The apartments are in the perfect location for walking around Bilbao. The apartment is unusually spacious for urban Spain, with a bedroom + bathroom upstairs and lounge + kitchen + toilet downstairs.
Good location on the main shopping street that runs all the way in to the old town. 10 min. walk to the Guggenheim. The hotel is bright, modern and clean. The staff were curteous and proffesional. it was a nice feature to have the roof terrace where we could hang out and relax. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were modern with large showers.
