The room was very modern, clean, well isolated and the pool view with the see in the back was just great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the shower and the technician solved it in 5 min. The food was excellent (breakfast + dinner) with a great selection of wines. The pool is great and we liked the aquagym in the morning. The rooftop was perfect to admire the sunset and to enjoy some great music. The hotel is well connected with Palma through several busses (2 eur ticket)

Access to the Ponent Mar’s spa comes at an additional cost. There is a sauna, a massage service and a beauty salon. There is also a fitness room. Hotel was beautiful, very clean and modern. Staff were great and really friendly. Facilities are fantastic, amazing location. Room was peaceful and quiet and the ocean views were stunning

Set in 4000 m² of gardens, the hotel has spacious sun terraces featuring 3 outdoor hot tubs and a poolside snack bar. Everything was perfect in this hotel. Check in and check out easy and fast. Staff very, very friendly. It's located by the main street and you can easily access alcudia beach. Two swimming pools. Breakfast and dinner became very special events for us. Food was delicious and with many options, including vegans. (They set the room so beautifully you'll take a picture just to remember).

Parc Natural is a very special and wonderful place to stay. Very friendly and attentive staff identify a nice feeling to be welcome. Also exceptional is the childcare under the direction of Gloria (extraordinary pedagogical). Our son Robin (2,5 years) gives 5 stars!
