We chose the property purely based on its location between Saquenay and Quebec and time of day we needed to leave the former and arrive at the latter. We arrived tired and hungry at 7pm after a long day of kayaking in Saguenay and the proprietor's answer to our request for dinner suggestions (go to the grocery store for a baguette, some paté, and a bottle of wine and eat it on the balcony) was perfect. We enjoyed the proprietor's sense of humor and chit-chat over breakfast in the morning. He kindly also let us spread out our wet camping gear on the fence and lawn to drive so that we could properly repack it before continuing our journey into Quebec where wouldn't need it for several days.

The swimming pool was warm. The interior of the hotel is amazing. The breakfast was delicious.

Pauline and family were amazing hosts. The whole place was spotless, the decor was beautiful and tasteful, and the room itself was spacious and very comfortable. It was a great place to stay, and I would highly recommend it without hesitation. And I’m very picky! Will definitely be back again!

At the bed and breakfast, units come with bed linen and towels. We had the room upstairs which was spacious, comfortable and very nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious - we could even choose from a menu what we wanted to eat. The hosts are very nice and made as feel welcomed. The B&B is in good distance to many restaurants and with a bid of luck, one can even see deers in the evening / morning.
