Special mention for a very helpful, friendly staff at reception, Serj was a super star. Also the highlight of our trip was the Auroras which showed up I'm full force on the 20th of October, we feel so blessed with this experience.

The location was technically at one end of town but town is only a couple of kilometres long so this was not an issue. It was right opposite the train station and close to lots of food and shops. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and there was a spa on the roof with amazing mountain views. Pub downstairs was really lively and they offer a late night menu which was super handy as I’d gotten in quite late.

Chateau Jasper is located in Jasper National Park, only 13 minutes' drive from the Jasper Tramway and 45 minutes from Maligne Lake. The lobby was decorated beautifully. Our room was functional. Loved the microwave/mini-fridge/sink area! Pretty quiet thru walls and floors. Love that pets are allowed!
