It was a very bad stay we booked the jacuzzi tub room didn't get it cause they say it didn't work put us in another room bathroom toilet got stopped up and wouldn't flush moved us to another room opened the door to the room soon as I did a big cockroach came crawling out from under fridge said no way so put us in a 3rd room this was about 2 am and the roof starts leaking in our room from rain stay was terrible
Bed was comfortable, infused water at the front desk was a nice touch, well stocked fitness area, pool and hot tub were working, breakfast was ample with a lot of variety.
Easy to find. Kiersten, at reception, very cheerful and helpful.( I should have paid attention to the spelling of her name 🫤) Breakfast very good. Bed/pillows comfortable. Loved the design of room and furniture. Rm 202 I think 😬. Only thing we would add is a hot tub for my husband.
It’s new and it seems new. I got the room with the jacuzzi tub and I was NOT disappointed by it. I really wanted to relax and it definitely made visiting my parents feel more like vacation. Breakfast is always decent - plenty of hot food to choose from. Fairly quiet with decent sound proofing.
