We stayed here going out on our trip to Panama. And we stayed here coming back through after our trip was done both times that we stayed here. The staff was excellent pick up from the airport was seamless both days we needed a shuttle to the airport at 4 AM, the night before they had arranged a lyft ride for us paid for by the hotel. Even though we left at 4 AM we were able to grab some items from the breakfast bar and take them with us. The rooms were very spacious included a microwave a coffee pot, a sink near the kitchen area, a couch and the beds were so comfortable, I’m not sure if all comfort hotels are like this, but I will definitely be staying again in the future if all of them are.

Breakfast was okay and the room was clean except for the ants in the bathroom and in our bed on the ceiling . We managed to kill them but the property needs a spray as we didn’t bring food and we were on level 3. Staff were friendly.
The dude at the desk was polite and he was cool about the last minute change that we had to do about the guests. Also even thought the jacuzzi was down we will definitely be going to this place in the future when we make trips to the area.
Feels like a mini resort next to the shopping and eating paradise and the nature's trails. The room was spacious and well equipped, the pool and large jacuzzi great.

Comfort: not the fanciest sheets, but very clean beds with decent mattress and pillows; the room temp is easily regulated and air felt fresh (not stuffy), plus the windows open. Good water pressure and products in the bathroom; good choices at breakfast, a 24-hr small gym; fresh cookies at check in; friendly staff.
