There was a very minor issue with the door key cards. Several times during our stay they failed to work. Apparently also when a card is reconfigured it then disables all other cards for that room. Just a niggle but there. Otherwise everything was great.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Sean, it was a pleasure to meet you. The complimentary breakfast was good, we ate in the bar/restaurant a few times over our week long stay, the food was excellent. We would happily stay again.

Stepping into a hot tub and relaxing in its warm water is bliss. If you opt for a hotel with a jacuzzi, you can do this any time you like – morning, afternoon, or evening. Some hotels offer guests private hot tubs, while others have a shared jacuzzi that’s usually part of a wellness spa.
We loved absolutely everything about this property. The owners were incredibly helpful and we could tell they had put a lot of love and attention into creating a beautiful place to stay. There were so many things that made it feel really special, such as the plentiful soft fluffy towels, amazing pillows, super comfortable mattresses and lovely bathroom products. It almost felt like we were staying in a hotel! We would not hesitate to book here again or recommend to friends and family.
The entire stay made me feel dirty and uncomfortable. Place was a trash hole. Hot tub was too hot. Oool was sooo dirty and no towels. Food was horrible. Staff was on hard drugs. I wish I coul d get a refund and delete that stay from my memories.
Room had good facilities, including a large decent-size bath and choice of shower outlets (hand / overhead). Self-serve breakfast had a decent selection of self-service options.
The location is easy to find. The room was clean and warm. The shower was powerful with good temperature control. The bed was comfortable. The duvet appears thin at first glance but the room temperature is pretty stable despite the outside temperature so you're never cold. There is a good array of breakfast food and hot drinks facilities. There is a pool with hot spa and a gym.
Room was spacious, and clean. The location, right after the HWY 35 split was a perfect place to begin the next leg of the journey and avoid morning traffic. Breakfast was great too.
