Was unexpected amazing experience. Hotel is small, not usually huge resort, just 3 floors + private rooms with private pool. But that’s exactly what we appreciate a lot. Every member of personal know us, always smiling and try to help in every kind of task, even with special ones. They do it honestly, not only for cash, like in other hotels….they just ready to make your vacation best as you ever had and trust me, they know how to do it. Their service is so amazing that you never miss nothing. Rooms are clean, everywhere is clean, on beach they always clean sunbeds which you choosed in front of you. If you miss something during eating time, they make it what you want specially for you. What I need to say? Just that we ll be glad to came there again soon.

A perfect place to relax. Lots of attractions - everyone will find something for themselves (aqua aerobics, dart/bingo tournaments, tennis, billiards, volleyball, gym, evening show, live music, disco, spa...). The hotel's infrastructure is impressive (you can use the attractions of each of the 3 Kamelya hotels). A tribute also to the staff - you can only meet such smiling and helpful people here (bartenders, waiters, animators). The waiter Umut Can Dahan and animators Raushan&Mami - thank you for professional service 🙌 🫶 I recommend this hotel with all my heart - we will definitely come back!

The location, weather & beach, the whole platform, the three shared hotel facilities, pools, the buffet and multiple eating times in the main restaurant, the entertainment team & program were all wonderful.The food was outstanding and varied every day, and the activities, shows and entertainment staff were particularly sympathetic. 😊 We deifnitely enjoyed the all inclusive experience, although "ultra" all inclusive is misleading as all the restaurants on the photos were not included. The price quality ratio is definitely something we commend.

The location is good. 7 minute easy walk to the beach. Or if you've got a car and feeling lazy, you can park right at the beach (this was outside school holidays), so it might not be as easy in the school holidays.
The Owners brother was on hand on WhatsApp and always responded within an hour.

The hotel was brand new and very clean, at the heart of Side. Situated in Side old town, close to many restaurants and only ca. 50 meters to reach less crowded beach. The staff was very friendly, the room spacious and beautifully decorated, bed comfy and the Internet connection was the fastest across our stays during our 2+ week Turkey trip. After complaining about no place to hang the bathing towels to dry, we got a beautiful towel rack from the reception.
What a great location and apartment with view of the beach from the balcony. Apartment clean, comfortable (bed and sofa) with modern facilities (kitchen & bathroom). Short walk to beach, restaurants, shops and ancient ruins. Beach has sun loungers to hire, water is calm and shallow to swim in. Staff are friendly and helpful, enjoyed the bar downstairs. Plenty of day trips to book from Side too. Would highly recommend...had a really relaxing time.
Property was near new and kept exceptionally clean. We had a pool view room which was spacious with good air conditioning. The staff were very friendly, very alert to greeting you. The food was varied and to a very high standard. Lots of delicious healthy options available with a pasta station at dinner and a omelet station at breakfast. Drinks were readily available throughout the day. We were there at the beginning of May and the pool had lots of lounges and was not crowded.
The Friday night Masquerade party night entertainment was spectacular with superb support from the animation team particularly Hasan and Halil helped dance the night away mixing with everyone.
The pool loungers were plentiful and clean, the pool bar staff very attentive big thanks to Mehmet for his expertise in mixing cocktails.
We enjoyed the Spa centre too although only one time.
Finally the restaurants were spotlessly clean and the choice and quality of food second to none.
Great stay, room a little tired, but nothing to really complain of, but comfortable made up for in space and much better than I imagined, 3 great balconies and loads of storage space , comfortable beds and clean bathrooms, great dressing room as well, mini bars x 2. Resort is huge , swimming pools fantastic and so much to do.Al a cartes amazing, beach fantastic, so many great facilities

Thank you to Ibrahim and Selma for making our short stay beyond our expectations. Our rooms were prepared before arrival, so we checked in on time. The rooms are clean and spacious enough for a couple or a small family. The environment was quiet enough to rest and relax. Shops and markets are near. In the evening, we ordered some Turkish food from the nearby restaurants. It was budget-friendly. The next morning, we had our breakfast in the hotel for a reasonable price by Selma.
Garden view room. Spacious room. Small but adequate bathroom. Balcony. Lovely, well kept gardens. Friendly staff. Excellent food and many choices. Different food each day. Lovely cakes, croissants, etc in patisserie. Went January 2023. Lots of cosy areas to sit, relax, read, etc. Would not hesitate to book again.
Great place with west facing private pool that was in sun all afternoon, perfect for a cool off and splash around with family.
Full compliment of sun loungers for 6 and a lovely outside area. Perfect for chilling, eating, drinking and playing games.
Hot tub was a bonus as well.
Complex had a gym and also a great ~50m pool, perfect for an early morning swim.
On site Babylon restaurant was very good as well, quality food and service at a great price.
Each room has bathroom. Rooms were great size and perfect for holiday.
