This hotel was probably the best one we stayed at during our entire Turkey trip (which was 19 days, so we stayed at a lot of places as we travelled through Turkey!). The family who owns the hotel were genuinely such sweet and warm people- Kemal went out of his way to help us and was very kind and welcoming. The view from the room was beautiful- we spent a lot of time just sitting on the balcony and looking at the sea and the town of Kas. Breakfast was elaborate and very tasty- freshly prepared by Kemal's wife- and could be eaten sitting poolside, with a fabulous view of the sea. The hotel allowed us to take beach towels when we went to visit beaches, which was a pleasant surprise (we didn't even ask, they just offered on their own!). The room itself was super comfortable, very nicely done up and very clean. They provided housekeeping every day as well, which was great. They had an elevator so we could easily get our bags up to the 2nd floor. The hotel is also a short 5-7 minute walk away from Kas city centre and all the action- the way back to the hotel is up hill, but nothing too strenuous. Overall an AMAZING stay- most definitely recommend to anyone visiting Kas!

And I must mention, the swimming pool area with its stunning sea view was the perfect spot to unwind. In summary, this villa is a slice of paradise that we can’t wait to return to. It’s not just a place to stay; it’s an experience that rejuvenates the soul.

I enjoyed the villa so much more than I expected. The Villa is brand new and really well-designed. The villa had a spectacular view from each room, the terrace and the living room and especially in the jacuzzi. The kitchen was fully equipped like an ordinary family house, and I didn't need anything from outside. The neighbourhood is quiet and relaxing. The owners were really friendly and helpful. The villa was given very clean and smelled lovely. The pool was cleaned daily in the morning without any disruption. There is a couple of supermarkets and restaurants around, and the town is about 20 minutes away. I definitely would recommend this place for families and couples.
