Location was very good. Central and easy to walk to various areas. The staff are wonderful and always helpful. Room was quiet and the view over the bay was amazing. The mattress could probably do with replacing.

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Amazing location - right in the centre of the Old Town Bazaar. Room exactly as advertised. Spacious. Very clean. Modern bathroom. Comfortable beds. Good air conditioning. Had dinner in the restaurant, which was delicious!

The apartment was large. With a big lounge kitchen dining area and a seperate bathroom and seperate bedroom. The unit was well equipped clean and very comfortable. The breakfasts were delivered to your room and were great. The staff here were super friendly. Buses leave from right outside the hotel and the metro is only a ten minute walk away. This is a great place to stay. We would highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was a last-minute booking and it was a great choice. The hotel vibes are classy and calm. The thermal pools are relaxing with one indoor thermal and an outdoor one that is open until 11 p.m.! There is also an outdoor normal pool but we did not use that when there are two other pools that are thermal. The spa is big with a sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath facilities. Breakfast is plentiful and tasty. It really is a relaxing haven and we really needed that after a long road trip. I would definitely come back!
We had the executive suite as we wanted to stay inside the hotel quite a bit.

The main room with its comfortable beds, functional furniture, and room-darkening shades created a serene environment for relaxation. The bathroom was clean and featured all necessary amenities, including a hair dryer.
The property has a great community vibe, with lounge areas to hand out with other travelers. Our room was spacious and there was plenty of shared bathroom facilities. It is conveniently located just 5 minutes walk from the train station, and food options are everywhere in the streets below.
