Very comfortable stay. Great room - quiet, dark for a good sleep, large, mountain view.
Able to walk to all main sites - 30mins or so but a nice walk and exercise!
Didn't use all the hotel spa facilties but what we did was very good. Pool and restaurant on roof very nice.

Location to the ski lift was excellent. Exit from hotel’s ski shop and you are meters away from the slope.

Beautiful pool area and spa. The Turkish Thermal bath is amazing. The staff were super helpful also, I tried ordering food off a local delivery app and they were very quick to assist me as I did not have a Turkish number to verify my account. Room and bed was spacious and comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
The location was perfect for us, 3 minutes walking to old market and other attractions in the city center, the apartment was clean and spacious 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, has cooling and heating A/Cs, Mr. Saleh the receptionist was very very helpful, there is a free parking
Great spacious bathroom with a private hamam. The room itself I wouldn't call 4 star, it's outdated but the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was really nice.
The breakfast was nice.
Spacious apartment, huge kitchen with everything you need, 2 bathrooms (1 had a deafening extraction fan that made that bathroom unusable), 3 big bedrooms, netflix, good wifi, working air cons in each room except living room, on 1st floor with lift access, close to attractions and markets. Balcony use for drying clothes.
Staff were amazing, especially Rabia, who was attentive and friendly. She could not do enough for you.
Top quality lovely hotel, a great location very relaxing. The room was lovely and very spacious. We had a triple and double room, and the attention to detail was fantastic. Everything that you could need, including robes and slippers. Amazing for the price. Would definitely stay again.

The Location 10/10 very good if you like shopping from local markets it's very near from this markets but the problem the driver couldn't come to the hotel you need to walk like 1 min

Nice ambiance and friendly people. The place is quite and peacefully. The Turkish bath is really wonderful and the hot thermal spa before sleep is a true recommendation.
Nice 4-star hotel in quite area in Bursa. Breakfast was good in the weekend. It was not very big but including a lot of good meal. Spa area is not very big also. But if you want to relax and have a sauna after a long day, it will be okay.
