The room was spacious with a separate kitchen area, bathroom and large balcony. The staff were extremely helpful. Our car broke down near the hotel and a staff member took us in his truck to jumpstart it. He was very king and helpful 🙏

The staffs were super friendly and helpful. The hotel room (family room) is spacious and comfortable. There is a bathtub in a restroom, and a sink at the balcony. Plenty of parking space. Location is in downtown, surrounded by shops, cafe, and restaurants.

the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was big and spacious, the bed comfortable and clean, nice city view. big bathroom and clean, clean towels and hair dryer provided, hot water in the shower with shampoo and body wash. traditional thai massage for 1 hour = 500 baht - amazing the breakfast included, amazing food, variety of items to choose from. good location in the city, 10 minute walk from central plaza, close distance by car from bus and train station.

The pool area is amazing to relax. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The receptionist was super nice and helpful. He could even find us a cab during loy krathong which was just amazing! We will be definitely back.

Nice, inexpensive place to stay in good location. Good: Spacious clean room, large comfortable bed, sofa to relax, larger fridge, free water each day, cool A/C, big TV, balcony (had nice view from floor 7), good bathroom with nice shower. Friendly Reception, booked taxi for me. 2 Lifts. Very good WiFi, most of the time. Room cleaned without asking. Cheaper to pay directly (cash in hand) than booking online.

The room was great.There were many facilities to choose from at the hotel, from hiring bikes to spa and karaoke and some great restaurants. The breakfast variety was very good .The staff spoke good english and security was good in always helping with parking and offering to carry a shopping after a visit to Central The products in the bathroom was lovely not sure if you could purchase but I would have.
