Greg and Justin were amazing hosts and I would highly recommend this villa to anyone staying in Koh Tao. The villa is so luxurious, the outdoor shower and pool are something else. Nothing was ever too much for anyone whilst we were there, we had freshly baked pastries collected and brought to our room ( we just had to order the night before) we were able to book excursions through our receptionist as well as Greg and Justyna. The location is very high up away from the main strip ( worth it for the views) but Greg was happy enough to take us anywhere and in the evening recommend a local taxi driver who was the cheapest on the island. Greg even took us to a shop so we could hire a moped and made sure we got the best deal and were looked after. No matter how long you stay here you will have an amazing time..

The property is located on a hill and has a wonderful view overlooking the bay with a lovely infinity pool. It has a nice vibe. The owners and staff were very welcoming, kind and helpful and had great recommendations for motorbike rentals and taxi. Also one of us left his rings at the villa and it was impossible to get them back before leaving Thailand and owners are very helpful arranging the possibility for the rings to be shipped back to our country. The view and vibe from upstairs double bed is absolutely amazing ❤️

Stunning location, super helpful friendly staff available to help with taxis ect they provided a book full of suggestions for restaurants/ things to do literally everything. Can’t fault!

Good family run hotel (Wan & brother "K"). Clean, spacious, quiet rooms yet close to the beach, restaurants, & bars. A/C is powerful & they have a very useful backup generator if the city power goes out (which did happen on 1 of the 6 nights I stayed here). They also rent scooters, book tours, etc. "K" runs the scooter rentals. He seemed pretty reasonable to me. "Reception" area also a small "tourist" office run by Wan & "K" which didn't bother me. I sleep in the room, not the reception area. I'd prefer a not so great "reception" area & a great room vs the other way around. Good value, especially if you are not renting a scooter on the island, as it's very conveniently located without the noise. Exactly what I was looking for. A 500 Baht deposit is required for room key. I had no problem getting it back upon departure.

This place is just awesome. We stayed here 1 week and enjoyed every second. The values for money is amazing, the pool is nice, rooms are big and clean and very quiet at night. Restaurants and bars are 2 min with the scooter

Great location, close to the pier but stil a very quiet and beautiful beach, very good breakfast, great and friendly staff, close to the beach, amazing swimming pool. Their restaurant (Ndiigo) is quit expensive, but absolutely fenominal. It can be hard to get a good pizza in Thailand, but Ndiigo restaurant does them exceptionally well! A must try!!
