The hotel and staff exceeded expectations. I believe recently refurbished, the room was spacious and was great for a family of 3 with s sofa bed for the little one. Nothing was too much trouble for the very friendly and happy staff, from reception, breakfast team and not to mention the housekeeping team. I would highly recommend the hotel to family, friends and work colleagues especially if you are travelling from or to Heathrow as we were. The leisure club and spa was also great, for me the pool and gym.

Väldigt trevlig personal, framförallt i restaurangen. Frukosten var väldigt bra med brett utbud och val för gluten och mjölk allergiker. Serveringspersonalen var trevlig, personlig och tillmötesgående - framförallt en Indisk dam vif frukosten, kanske vid namn Priti, och en spansk ung man som serverade på kvällen.

We liked the size of the flat. It was nicely warm, there was hot water and an exceptionally big kitchen block. T beds are big, enough space for four people. It is literally next to the tube station and next to a food store, so you can get everything you need for meals within minutes. Travel to London Westminster takes half an hour. Or host was very helpful on our checkout day, and would have let us store our luggage all day long in the flat.

Peaceful even though its located on a main road, once inside its very tranquil. Although there is no television, there are books to read, Acton Park is 5 mins away. The bed is comfortable, there is also a washing machine which is very convenient. The cleaner is Lovely and helpful 💯

It had everything we needed. Situated in a prime location near the station. Area was quiet throughout the day and night. Place had a nice fragrant scent. Towels and toiletries were supplied, along with basic food like bread, butter, ham & cheese. It had everything we need. Would definitely stay again.
