We really enjoyed our stay. The owners, Melanie and Martin were welcoming and engaged. They were attentive and created a relaxed atmosphere. Melanie provided us with information and ideas for places to go during our stay.
Over the 3 days of our stay, the breakfasts were very tasty, varied and filling, The coffee was great. The dining room was spacious and nicely decorated.
The house was very clean and had interesting decor.
I liked the 3rd floor which is a common space with kitchen facilities for making meals.
The B&B is situated within a couple of blocks of several restaurants and shops. The park along the lake is also close by.

The location was great, close to everything, just a short walk to the main road where all the restaurants & stores are. The rooms are very nice & clean , this is an old house with a lot of history, the bed & bathroom,a small fridge and the big flat screen TV are the only modern things in the room. This was a repeat visit for me and I will definitely be back again. I love the hot tubs, sauna, and quiet yurt. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was excellent - spacious with a lovely well appointed deck. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the kitchenette in the room is handy. The bed was very comfortable.
I really liked the setting in nature of the place: the lake with all the accessories to explore it, the pool, the hot tubs, the tennis / pickleball court. The kids had lots to do while I could relax by the water as well. Close to Magog (14 min). We’ll definitely be back.
It was a relaxing place. The terrace was spacious, clean and well maintained. We had a nice view from the terrace. We had a good variety for breakfast. Everything was fresh.
This is a historical building and has been decorated that way. The room was spacious and comfortable. Our bathroom was equipped with a great shower that had 3 setting: shower, hand held and body sprays. When it comes to the breakfasts, they were great!! The hostess was very welcoming and a great ambassador for the Magog area.
Breakfast was amazing, we loved that they made it vegan for us. We got to relax in the sauna, spa and pool immersed in nature. Very close from Orford and Magog, it was the perfect stay for our weekend getaway. Hosts are very nice and always willing to help you find activities to discover the region.
Bathroom has its own heating and ventilation- no moisture goes into the room. Floor is wooden- no mold and dust smell. Room is spacious. A lot of electrical outlets. Separate entry from outside in addition for indoor entry. Kitchen has pretty much everything you need. Very nice and friendly staff.
