I have stayed here several times in the past 5 years. The room was spacious and comfortable with a great view from the balcony. The hotel is in an excellent location Jacuzzis are perfect after a day of skiing. Lots of space to chill outside. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

Spacious parking, nice rooms, great place for hikers. We appreciated the boot driers in the room. Breakfast was good and welcomed. Jacuzzi was awesome after a long day.

Great location, walkable to village centre/shops and ski shuttle stop right outside and boot/ski store inside hotel. The spa areas were great. A good sized heated indoor pool and 2 whirl pools. Also a decent Gym with assorted equipment. The service/staff are exceptional, both friendly and efficient and did try to resolve any issues I had instantly. Nice lounges/restaurants although a little expensive.

The Fairmont is absolutely stunning. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view of the front of the hotel and mountains. Staff were all really nice and helpful. The walk across the lake was so beautiful and relaxing.

The location was absolutely stunning. From the Bow Valley Parkway drive to the creekside fire pits and from the beautiful balcony views to the jacuzzi bath, we loved every detail! The room was beautifully appointed and included details of all the people who had made the furniture/paintings etc. The guestbook had really thoughtful details on local hikes, places of interest and activity ideas which were really useful. We loved the local coffee and tea too and was a really nice touch after a long day.

Had a couple of lunches at the Cariboo Lounge. Truly exceeded my expectations. Food was excellent and prices were very reasonable. Service was awesome too. Overall hotel staff were very friendly and very accommodating. Front desk always makes sure to greet you when you pass by. Loved the hot tub and the gorgeous views around it. Great way to relax at the end of the day or anytime of the day! Very short walking distance to Lake Louise, caught the sunrise every morning and caught a couple of glorious ones! Best way to start your day!!!
