Great location with mountain views, very good breakfast and dining options on site and loved the pool and spa.
We got an early checkin and upgrade to a slightly bigger room which was appreciated. Also got lovely chocolates and trail mix and card to note our anniversary. Very nice. Only reason for scoring 9/10 instead of 10/10 is bathroom.
We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hostel. There is a good balance of orderliness with a relaxed attitude. The reception staff were extremely helpful.
We liked the mix of nationalities and span of ages, especially apparent in the well equipped kitchen. The hostel is very conveniently located, which was key for us because we were not using a car.
Good atmosphere during check-in with lounges and gas fireplace. Local tours to Lakes leave from here. Cafe, Pizza place and restaurant located in main building along with indoor heated pool & hot tub. Well kept gardens and lawns between accommodation blocks.
The location was absolutely stunning. From the Bow Valley Parkway drive to the creekside fire pits and from the beautiful balcony views to the jacuzzi bath, we loved every detail! The room was beautifully appointed and included details of all the people who had made the furniture/paintings etc. The guestbook had really thoughtful details on local hikes, places of interest and activity ideas which were really useful. We loved the local coffee and tea too and was a really nice touch after a long day.

- Parking lot in front of own apartment including personel guest ski locker
- Gazebo and Live Music on Saturdays
- Supermarket, additional restaurants, gas station and Cafe's only some metres away
- fantastic panorama in every line of sight
- Excellent, daily room service incl. starting of dishwasher, refill of kitchen utensils and garbage recycling
Had a couple of lunches at the Cariboo Lounge. Truly exceeded my expectations. Food was excellent and prices were very reasonable. Service was awesome too.
Overall hotel staff were very friendly and very accommodating. Front desk always makes sure to greet you when you pass by.
Loved the hot tub and the gorgeous views around it. Great way to relax at the end of the day or anytime of the day!
Very short walking distance to Lake Louise, caught the sunrise every morning and caught a couple of glorious ones! Best way to start your day!!!
