It's perfectly located for sightseeing in Ottawa and only a short taxi ride from the train station. Every member of staff we encountered from entering to leaving the hotel was polite, thoughtful, and helpful. In particular, Ana, on reception, was outstanding. She noticed during our conversation that it was our wedding anniversary and also noticed we had mentioned the wonderful wines produced in Niagara- we were absolutely stunned and deeply touched to receive a bottle of Niagara wine ( hand delivered to our room by a lovely man whose name we did not catch). Thank you for making our anniversary trip just perfect! Lovely proportioned, clean, comfortable bedroom. Spacious bathroom with large walk-in shower. Excellent views of Parliament Hill from the 21st floor. Delicious breakfasts with a large selection of foods available.
