Room was simple, but with all amenities. Shower head was awesome! Breakfast at the Bistro was delicious and staff were friendly. Dinner party in the steak house was great! Reception staff were pleasant and efficient. I’ll stay there again.

The service was great and friendly. The room was well appointed with everything needed including a washing machine and dryer which was very helpful for our long holiday. Could not fault them eg we needed a wine bottle opener and it was delivered promptly. Well managed with a great team eg the trainee young lady a reception could not have been more helpful to my wife and I. The location is ideal between Downtown and Yaletown.
Stepping into a hot tub and relaxing in its warm water is bliss. If you opt for a hotel with a jacuzzi, you can do this any time you like – morning, afternoon, or evening. Some hotels offer guests private hot tubs, while others have a shared jacuzzi that’s usually part of a wellness spa.
Very spacious room and bathroom. Big bed, good parking space. coffeemachine in the room. The decor is a little out-dated and the airconditioning makes a lot of noise. However we did not needed the airco because we had a chilly night and therefor we could turn it off. Good neighbourhood.

Location of the hotel is close to many amenities, walking distance to restaurants and stores.
Room is clean, quiet, has a kitchenette although we did not use it coz we only stay for a night. Bathroom is spacious and clean and liked the shower. The kids loved the swimming pool it's open until 11pm😊. Over all stay is excellent.
