You can start off your day with a wholesome breakfast out on our delightful terrace. Discover the rock formations typical for this region, known as fairy chimneys, and visit the wonderful Göreme National Park, listed as world heritage by UNESCO. The evening discussion over tea with Faruk and my son, the father and original founder of this establishment was a highlight for me. Faruk had so much knowledge of current world affairs, stories to tell, and wisdom about life in general and the evolution of society in general. Then on the hotel side, the breakfast served by Faruk's wife.. Every ingredient fresh and either grown from their own garden or carefully picked from local producers. The jams were homemade and a real delight, and the omelette and cheese... Starting the day over this very healthy and plentiful breakfast was a real treat. Sahin, their son and the manager of the hotel was kind and providing good advice on how to make the best out of our stay - for example advising us to take the green tour instead of the red tour we had booked to be able to benefit from the opportunity to visit the underground city and the transportation to take us to sites we would not otherwise have been able to see. The rooftop terrace offered a fantastic vista from which to see the hot air balloons rise at sunrise.

Staying at APEX CAVE HOTEL was overall a great experience. It is 2 minute walk away from the town center. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in finding us reservations for hot air balloon and horseback ride. The rooms were decent and had a rustic stone cave feeling. You will definitely get your money's worth!
Clean and modern hotel with friendly, helpful staff and a good atmosphere. I liked bed, it was large and comfortable. Hotel location is very convenient, it is close to the town center and bus station (3-5 min walk), quiet and cozy. Breakfast was excellent, varied and delicious. I would definitely stay at Rustic Caves again and recommend it to others.
Room was excellent standard, everything you need is in there or you can ask. Staff were incredibly helpful, translating with local operators, booking dinners and taxis etc to help. Breakfast was fantastic every morning and although a little further from the main town it’s just 5 minutes walk which we actually quite enjoyed after dinner.
Gokhan goes out of the way to make u comfortable. Whatever u need be it dinning or organizing the tour just go to him. We feel 2 nights were too less. Great views
This place is exceptional. Spotless, huge rooms, comfortable bed and a beautiful view from the nice balcony. It’s quiet and peaceful there, loved the rustic decor and serenity of the place. Unal is really amazing the best host I’ve had till date after traveling extensively across Europe. He helps with organizing everything to make the most out of the stay including tours. He really goes the extra mile for every little need. The breakfast is supreme, fresh homemade and lots of variety including many many options for vegetarians.
Hosts were very welcoming from the beginning with a lot of recommendations of must see destinations in the region. Rooms are smaller in size, but very cosy and decently equipped. Breakfeast is self-service type with a lot of classic options. Great value for money overall, especially since it's so close (10-15min by car) from all the main attractions.
The hotel is located in a very lively area with tons of restaurants and bars. It is easily accesable by metro/bus. At the bus station, the bus that goes to/from the airport, also makes a stop (not the Havas shuttle, but the regular Ankara inner-city bus). The breakfast food tastes amazing!
We loved this experience. The room was exactly as per the photos. Service was outstanding, everyone very friendly and available to help you. Reception is available 24h per day. Malik, the manager help us to book the Balloon fly, I specifically asked to do it in our wedding anniversary day and he managed it. They proposed several options like private tour, Turkish dinner, shared tours, etc. We could choose what we would like. I asked for a cocktail just saying if I like more or less sweet and Malik was spot on. I strongly recommend this place.
Arinna Cappadocia Hotel offers comfortable rooms and a spectacular rooftop for balloon views. Enjoy strong Wi-Fi, a spa terrace, and a hearty Turkish breakfast. The staff are attentive, and it’s just up the hill from town.
Great location for the hot air balloons, the lunch/dinner food was delicious, cocktails were nice and I liked the rustic cave aesthetic. Staff were friendly and helpful, they arranged my Covid test and printed it as well. The spa was nice, although it was part of the sister hotel.
