The units come with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fridge, a kettle, a bidet, free toiletries and a wardrobe. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hairdryer and slippers. At the inn all rooms are equipped with bed linen and towels. The place is very clean and the host is so accomodating
The dinner
The junior suite was spacious, with separate living room and kitchen, and clean. The housekeepers were super fast providing their service. The room on 4th floor facing the main street. The lifts go from parking in basement directly to the room, and very fast too. The location is very convenient, many restaurants and shops around. Breakfast places are also just on the next street. At this time, while some roads are closed going to Al Haram, estimate 15minnutes more to get there. Otherwise, the road going to Alharam is very straight forward.
We truly enjoyed our stay. The caravan has a beautiful landscape, overlooking towering sandstone cliffs with easy access to all the facilities of habitats. Breakfast was excellent with great selections and the staff here went over and beyond to make us enjoy our breakfast & environment. All staff including those at the reception and buggy ride were friendly and helpful to make us feel valued and service was exceptional. We only stayed 2 nights. We will stay longer during our next visit. Inn Syaa Allah
The location and the food, exceptionally great. The dinner and breakfast was outstanding. Mr. Rami at the restaurant was very professional on the mean time he is very friendly with the kids. My daughter loved it.
Room, Breakfast and Dinner
Probably the best stay in all my years of traveling. From the friendliness of the check in staff, Ahmed & Jana to the restaurant manager Hamdy Ragab i was amazed at their professionalism and customer relationships. The room was huge and very comfortable and the dinner, where do i start, was plentiful and delicious. You spoilt for choice with thr variety of food at dinner and breakfast. I will definitely be back here and compliments to the staff.
The hotel is located as close to the Haram as possoble. Literally a few meters. The service is great without being intrusive. Dinner and breakfast has a wide selection of food catering to all nationalities. Room has luxurious linen and towels.

Excellent hotel, we particularly liked the location, walking distance to Prophet's mosque, excellent restaurant and a very helpful team around. Musa in housekeeping was very helpful. Restaurant manager Elsayed Ahmed was also very warm and welcoming, managed Iftaar dinners exceptionally well. We look forward to visiting again!
