I was needing a rest stop from driving and looking for a place to stay and came across this hotel on booking and called for a room late at night and they opened up the reception for my arrival. Best service ever and the room was superior. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. And I enjoyed the hotel bar and tried some local favorite beers. Also breakfast was excellent. Amazing service from the staff. Totally satisfied and would recommend!!

I really liked the atmosphere. The tower altogether was charming and had something special about it. Downstairs there is a restaurant, with delivery to the rooms. We didn't stay for dinner on our short stay, but it smelled and looked amazing. There is also a nice bar area, with chairs outside. The room was clean, with very comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed.
Superb resort, great facilities, rich breakfast and dinner. Kids love play zone and swimming pool. Would definitely recommend and come back in the future.
Very charming place, in one of the old buildings around the main castle (probably used to be servants house). Situated on a slope, surrounded by forest - relaxing atmosphere. Restaurant downstairs open long, good breakfast and dinners. Great value for a stay right next to one of the top attractions in the area.
We had lunch and dinner there and it was very tasty. Great location, lovely garden. Close to lots of cafes, restaurants and sites. Just 20 minutes walk from the station. Peaceful canal area at the back. Very friendly staff. Nice to have tea and coffee available. We chose it because we had stayed in a branch in Poznan.
Very nice and delicious breakfast with variety of food. We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant of the hotel, which was a huge portion, but very delicious. Staff was also very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. It is great that hotel has also a large parking space if you go by car.
Location close to main roads in south direction, easy enough to get in and out of the city. There was a small mishap with bedding/towels at the beginning that was solved really quickly. Two large fans were provided, those helped to get some air inside.

Quiet, spacious rooms, there is also a small pool. Delicious dinner, many choices for breakfast. A convenient choice for a family with children.
Located not far from the tracking routes, the quality of the breakfast and dinner is as expected - we've enjoyed. There are 2 swimming pools: indoors and outdoors, with the part from the little ones, no (big) slides though, just a small one in the internal swimming pool. Sauna area is quite nice, as polish people are not such great fans of sauna any time of the day, I've enjoyed Czechs and Slovaks company as usually in such hotels :) The stuff is very nice and helpful.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We got caught in a traffic jam coming from Prague and arrived late for our 1/2 board dinner and we didn't phone ahead to explain. They kept our table ready and food warm and served us 45-minutes after the normal closing time. The breakfasts and dinners were excellent with a good variety of items. The fact that the hotel is full of German pensioners proved to be good signal for its overall quality.
