Absolutely loved my stay here! Received a warm welcome, loved the athmosphere of the hotel, the room was beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything from hairdryers to bathrobe, TV, tea, coffee, even a bottle of Guiness. Couldn't get enough of the room it was so cosy. There is a bar downstairs of the hotel but you cannot hear any noise whatsoever up in the corridors or rooms, almost as if it were soundproofed.
Breakfast was nice. Location is a bit down town but seemed like a safe district even late at night. Suited me perfectly with short walks to the center, pubs etc. Also loved the very troublefree access back into the hotel in case you arrive back late at night. Would recommend for sure! - Krisztina

Walking distance from the Guinness factory and not too far from Temple Bar
The pool was great. Dinner in the bar was good, as was the breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
From the warm welcome, to the great facilities and excellent location, we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Bar at the bottom was great for a pre and/or post dinner drink, and all of the staff were chatty and friendly. Was worried it might be noisy but wasn’t a problem. Biscuits and water bottles left daily. Great shower and comfortable bed. Lift up to rooms too.
The staff were very professional and so helpful. The room was very clean and modern. The food was really good, we had dinner then breakfast and both were great. The breakfast was in the style of a buffet and there was everything you could think of. And location was brilliant, we went to a concert at 3 Arena and walked back to the hotel in about 20 minutes or so. The reception, bar and restaurant are really nicely decorated and there's also an outdoor seating area.
Excellent location opposite 3Arena, bar and food for dinner and breakfast was lovely with a good selection. Discounted parking in secure car park with a lift directly into the hotel was great.
Location perfect for 3Arena. Very helpful reception staff who assisted in getting us a table for dinner. Excellent bar facilities. The small room is fine for a 1 night stay but not for anything longer.
The location is superb - close enough to City Center and transportation options (Heuston Station, the Luas, Bicycle station) to make getting around exceptionally easy - but not in the maelstrom of tourist Dublin. Being right next to the Phoenix Park - a short walk to the people's gardens and zoo - made it also quite a beautiful place to be. The rooms are comfortable, and kept clean and tidy quite regularly. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Nancy Hands Tavern - a few doors down is a great local place for dinner & drinks.
Spacious rooms with a old fashioned/rustic look however twinned with modern features. Nice comfy bed and a very modern bathroom stocked with amenities that one would come to expect. The location is adequate, close to Grafton Street and many of the evening bars.
