Room was excellent - nice and roomy overlooking the main street which is very quiet. spotlessly clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good and nothing was too much trouble.

Go-Ape Adventure Park is just a minute’s walk from the B&B. Breakfast!!!!!!! Wicked. Superbly cooked, plenty on offer, and the granary toast - well just brilliant. Service through breakfast was excellent.

Staying in an historic Inn in such a wonderful part of the world. The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay.
The Inn was old and rustic it was lovely , the staff friendly and cheerful. Rooms had character ,spacious .Breakfast was exceptional. I would highly recommend and will definitely be going back .

Top drawer hospitality from Dawn and Danny at their lovely guest house. Dinner and breakfast were superb. A big fluffy bathroom towel better than most in fancy five star hotels of note.
This is a great place to stay, all the staff are very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spacious, clean and tidy, and although the room was facing the main road there was very little noise. Breakfast was great as was our dinner in the evening, all the food is freshly cooked. If we are ever in the area again we wouldn't hesitate to stay at the White Horse Tavern again.

The People of the White Horse Tavern are incredibly friendly and attentive. Breakfast and dinner were great! Everything was very clean. We were a pretty big group (all vaxxed and tested) and worried that this would be a problem but it was not. We had a really great stay!
Very central location. Inn with 6 rooms, one not en-suite. We had a key to our own private bathroom a short distance away. The rate we paid for the double room with breakfast for 2 people makes it an exceptionally good value one night stay in Shrewsbury, an historic town and at a stay in an historic inn building. Also, make sure you take the Sabrina one hour boat trip along the river Severn - a wonderful experience!
Facilities provided in the room/bathroom excellent. The food provided for breakfast and dinner was excellent and good value. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive and could not do enough for us. We would thoroughly recommend the tavern as a good base for exploring the surrounding area, particularly Ironbridge,
