We had dinner at the Inn which was outstanding!! The Inn is located a short distance from Brodie Castle , perfect to spend a few hours and learn about the history of the Castle and surrounds. We wish we had time to stay longer at the Inn and will definitely go back!

Known as one of the oldest golf courses in Britain, Newburgh-on-ythan Golf Club is also nearby. Great location for our purposes Excellent room. Food good. Staff excellence! Minor glitch with the booking sorted out efficiently. Pays to call the hotel the day before to check especially if you have made changes on Booking.com.
Inverurie
The Ardennan House Hotel is a charming Scottish family run hotel which has been renovated to a nice standard with modern, comfortable furnishings. It is a 5 minute drive/25 minute walk from the centre of Inverurie and we are only 11.5 miles from Aberdeen Airport and being within Aberdeens Oil Industry it makes our hotel perfect for working as well as relaxing. The restaurant was nice and the food was really good. The breakfast the following day was well done and tasty as well. The rooms were comfortable and spacious.
Ballater

The welcome glass of wine was a nice touch but the main reason I would stay again, is the service levels. The owners really went above an beyond to make sure we were happy. Will definitely recommend to a friend!

Gorgeous and peaceful property. The surroundings are well maintained. So beautiful. Everything in the hotel caught our attention. We've checked all the corridors and rooms to see the pictures and the paintings. The staff were really kind and professional. We got a warm feeling like being at home and it was so interesting to learn more about the hotel History! The dinner was great and the breakfast as well, the porridge was delicious! Thank you so much, I hope I will stay with you again :)
The lost guest house was clean and comfortable - the staff member I spoke with was informative and polite. The room had everything you needed in it for a stop over and was good value for money.
Lovely Guest House in the idyllic Cairngorms. We were welcomed with homemade chocolate cake upon arrival. The hosts were very helpful and offered a ton of information about hiking trails, local wildlife etc. They are obviously very passionate about their beautiful region and it is the place to stay if you love the outdoors. The room was very cosy with a big comfortable bed. Very delicious breakfast with a lot of options. The only downside was that we didn’t stay longer. I would love to come back!
We had a delicious dinner in the Cock and Bull restaurant, but the breakfast the next morning was nothing short of outstanding.
I enjoyed my 2 nights stay here very much. Evelyn and Charlie are very friendly and helpful. The single room is very clean and comfortable. I like the window seat with nice street views. It was delightful to see the pink and orange sky at sunset at 10pm from my room. The full English / Scottish breakfast (as I like black pudding) is really good and served quickly. The bus station is only a few metres away from the guest house, very convenient to go to the Union Street / city centre, or to the airport.
The room was clean and well presented. We found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and the staff managed to squeeze us in for a dinner on Saturday night.
We stayed here for one night at this old charming hotel in a small coastal town. We had a room a the very top of this small hotel, so lots of stairs, but an excellent sea view. The hotel has its own restaurant, which is very convenient, since no other options are available in the town. We had a very nice dinner at the restaurant.
We enjoyed our short stay at Jewel Guest house. The room was clean, modern and well presented. It has been refurbished in recent years so everything is fairly new. Brief encounter with the host who was friendly. The location is easy walking distance of the Aberdeen high street. This is an advantage as we walked to a great pub McGinty's for dinner. Also we found street parking not too far away on one of the side streets. Thanks again to our host.
