The setting is idyllic. Our room was incredibly comfy after a half day hiking - loved the deep bath and good quality bedding. Dinner was very tasty, great drinks and a lovely atmosphere. The Red Cow pulls off being both a real pub in the community and pretty upmarket place to stay.

Had dinner in the restaurant which was very nice. Good choices on the menu
A basic room with TV, bar fridge and ensuit bathroom. Everything you need for a comfortable night's sleep. Superbly clean. Staff was very willing to store our bags before check in. Theres a bus stop 2 mins walk from the guest house that can take you to the station and center of Cambridge.
The food was excellent - we had dinner and breakfast
We very much enjoyed our stay in the Guest House. It was very close to the station and in a calm street. To get into the city centre we had to walk a bit but could have also taken a bus. The room itself was very clean - we were even impressed when the daily cleaning happened, so throughout! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom nice and clean. We could barely hear anyone, only rarely. On the ground floor there is also a coffee machine which made it easy to have a small breakfast in the room.

Breakfast was excellent, room was small but clean with an excellent shower. The location was rural which is what we wanted. All in all a very pleasant stay, in a very historic inn. Already booked for a months time.
