The staff was wonderful. The young lady serving for breakfast was very sweet, she helped me get my Covid test printed to take to the airport.

We were made extremely welcome on arrival by Mike. The room was spacious and well equipped with tea/coffee/hot chocolate, bottled water and biscuits, together with a nice vanity pack. We were given an outdoor key so we were able to let ourselves in when we returned to the building after the event we attended in the evening. We were met with a friendly greeting; a lovely breakfast efficiently served and quality latte and expresso coffees. I cannot fault the care and trouble they took to make us feel looked after.
Marlow
The Olde Bell, BW Signature Collection is a modernised 3-star coaching inn providing Ilse Crawford designed restful rooms with a rustic elegance. Some parts date back as far as 1135 and it has kept some of its original design features. The only suggestion I would have is to allow the opportunity to dine in one of the more original old areas.

Room price was acceptable. Dinner and breakfast prices are too high for the quality of food served
Great staff Lovely dinner
The food portions for our evening meal where very generous and it was very good value, the pies really are award winning. The hotel itself had a lovely creaky old feel to it, and was very welcoming, being 800 years old!
Room was very good, plenty of space, comfortable bed and settee. Breakfast was good with wide range of choice. Dinner menu slightly limited.
Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and it was lovely to sit in the bar before and after chatting. It felt cozy and welcoming. The room was quiet and comfortable. It was a location we needed.
Beautiful inn. Very high standard
A historic inn in a quiet location next to the Thames river. The beds were comfortable and even the standard rooms are large enough, while the night was quiet, with only birds chirping at the sunrise. The staff was kind and the breakfast was quite good, with the famous English breakfast available, though some fresh vegetables and hot chocolate options were lacking to make it perfect. Parking at the property is available too.
clean and well kept for a old style building. rooms are modern with latest technology. the innkeepers menu for the restaurant is fantastic and plenty of choices to choose from I loved the roast pork belly with all the trimmings. not to mention it was the best cauliflower cheese I’ve ever had.
Spacious, rustic room. Nice decor. Restaurant downstairs was handy to grab dinner. Staff were very friendly! Wifi was good and easy to log on.
