The Quality Inn Niagara Falls is located only a few minutes from Niagara University and the Seneca Niagara Casino. Guests at the hotel can also easily visit the Hard Rock Cafe and the numerous shops at the Summit Mall. Staff was great. Rooms are clean and well furnished. Beds are comfortable. Hotel is quiet.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and the inn honoured the cost we were quoted months ago...before Niagara Falls was named THE place in Ontario to view the eclipse.
A good basic+ level hotel within a fairly strenuous walk to the falls, but I made it and I’m a pensioner ( out of season so the funicular railway was closed). In season it would be easy for anyone to get there. The room was large and clean as was the bathroom. The staff were friendly at all times.
We loved our stay at the Chestnut Inn. The B & B is a charming historic building. The hostess, Robin, was very cordial and helpful. The breakfasts were outstanding. Great location.
Very beautiful, helpful staff, and amazing hotel! We got a complimentary drink and snack! We visited The Keg while there and it was so fun to just have to go down in the elevator to dinner! Definitely can not wait until our next stay!
Very friendly and helpful staff. They were able to provide me with a reliable taxi firms number who got me to the Amtrak station at 4am. There is an Italian restaurant attached which was good to have for dinner if you’re not wanting to venture out. The food was good.
We loved staying at the Sterling Inn. It was perfect in every way. Clean is so important to us and we appreciate the care taken to make us comfortable from the moment we walked in. Greg and all the staff were excellent.
The Serene Niagara Inn was a nice B&B. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The location was great. The room was beautiful, the bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was delicious in the morning. The people running the chestnut Inn are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.

We have been there several times….this time was terrible, up front charge for damages to the room, no room service….had to get our own towel, dump trash, get coffee, creamer etc! Charge for three days parking…who pays for parking at a hotel?? The price was suppose to include all fees and taxes, when leaving the final bill had additional fees and taxes! The continental breakfast was terrible and the dinning area was very dirty! Never again will we stay there!!
