The dining experience was second to none, with surprisingly tasty feral food, beautifully presented. There was great tasting craft beer on tap. The room and ensuite bathroom were well appointed and comfortable. The Nilpena Station fossil tour was extremely interesting and we are so glad we were able to do this with Ross Fargher.

Deep Creek Conservation Park is 16 km from Second Valley Cottages and Lodge. The nearest airport is Kingscote Airport, 87 km from the inn. Excellent Motel, room was not the largest but for the price could not complain. The hosts were excellent and very thoughtful. And its in a very good location for access to the sea/beaches.

At the inn each room is fitted with bed linen and towels. the room and bathroom had everything we needed . we didn’t arrive until 9.30pm and left at 7.00am so sadly didn’t meet the hosts but really wish we could have stayed longer they have a beautiful set up .

Pier Hotel is situated overlooking the beautiful Boston Bay and foreshore. It is conveniently located in the town centre, just 1 minutes' walk from the beach, local shops, cafes and supermarkets. Free WiFi is included. Lovely clean room, looked like it dad been recently renovated. Toilets were a little dated but still clean and functional. The staff at check-in were very helpful and friendly as were the bar and restaurant staff. Location was fab, only a five minute walk to the main drag with lots of shops and foody places.
