This airy house was great for an extended family weekend stay. The balcony was great and the barbecue suited our dinner and breakfast requirements. Everything that we needed in the kitchen was available and the bedding and bedroom configurations worked well. The location was excellent
Great location and amenities within walking distance to coffee shops and ocean. View was great, staff were friendly and at a great price point. As a lovely gesture our room was upgraded as a complimentary gift. The restaurant downstairs is the perfect place to have lunch and dinner.
Location and dinner convinience
Loved the room, the outdoor space, how close it is to the centre of Cowes and how accessible the rest of Phillip Island is. The host was great showed us through the room and recommended lunch and dinner spots. The brekky supplied was fresh and delicious.
A very comfortable well appointed first floor apartment. Quiet nights with views of lights along the coastline from balcony and sounds of surf at nearby Smiths Beach. Abundance of birdlife including harriers hunting on dunes, ducks,geese and friendly domestic chickens. With a good variety of breakfast items we started the days at our own pace and finished with a dusk stroll across the paddocks to sit and watch wildlife at the dam before returning to the cosy warm apartment to cook dinner. A very enjoyable stay.

Just that the location was good. no option for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Spacious room for a family of 4. Cute little kitchenette, tv and dinning area. Location was awesome, close to everything!
You can just stay there and enjoy all the facilities. Great view from our room. Friendly staff who attended to us last Friday night dinner.
