At the accommodation all rooms have bed linen and towels. Singing, "The stars at night were big and bright!..." (Can you tell that I once lived in Texas? 😁) The accommodations were clean and of true Purmamarca style. The location was only 5 minutes drive from downtown Purmamarca where the 7 Color Hills can be spotted. Julia was an extremely pleasant host who responded swiftly if we needed anything and Jorge provided many recommendations for excursions. The location was very well maintained.

Set in a charming colonial-style house overlooking the hills, Pumahuasi Hotel Boutique offers rooms with warm decor and plasma TVs in Purmamarca. Free parking is provided. Santa Rosa Church is 500 metres away. A great place to stay, just sorry that it was only for one night. It was a short walk out of town, but was still convenient for the shops and restaurants. It was nicely furnished and warm. The bed was large and very comfortable and the WiFi worked very well for us. Breakfast was enjoyable and secure parking was a bonus. Would recommend.
Tilcara
Set in a traditional building made of wood, stone and adobe, Posada de Luz features a big garden with a swimming pool. It offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and panoramic mountain views. Tilcara Main square is 400 metres away. The place is really beautiful. Breakfast was amazing, the room was great, really comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
San Salvador de Jujuy

host was absolutely lovely, made fresh banana bread with an amazing breakfast in the morning, worth spend the extra $1 usd for eggs. rooms were very clean, room has heater, beds are comfy. Overall couldn’t be happier with the stay

This hotel is set in a colourful garden just above the town of Tilcara. The rooms are tastefully and traditionally decorated and the heated pool is wonderful for relaxing. We had dinner one night in the restaurant and it was excellent. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
Gorgeous big, clean cabin-like room. Main lobby area where you eat breafast ( included) and dinner ( optional) was made from logs to give it that outdoor -cabin like feeling. Had lentil soup for dinner and it was delicious.
The dome was very cosy and nicely decorated. The surroundings were also beautiful and we felt completely immersed in the nature. But what we liked the most was the kindness and hospitality of Facundo. He really went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and looked after. He even kindly brought us dinner from town late at night!
Gorgeous property just outside Purmamarca, stunning scenery. Amazing hosts - Julia and Jorge were incredibly helpful and friendly, telling us all we could do in the area. Delicious breakfast included ( Julia baked delicious breads, egg, and organic fruit) and she also cooked us a delicious traditional dinner. Rooms and communal areas are beautifully decorated and lots of restored antiques.
Greeted by the delicious smell of cookies baking. Very comfortable, clean hosteria perfectly located in Purmamarca. Spacious, clean room, comfy bed and doors to vineclad patio with views to the mountains. Private parking and nice, simple breakfast. Recommend having dinner at El Manantial del Silencio, 50 metres up the road.
I don't know where to start. Our stay was amazing. The place was peaceful and quiet. The bed was super comfortable the room was really cute. We had an amazing dinner. The host were friendly, know really well the area. You can see they love what they do. The love and take care of the llamas. We had the chance to go on a small hikes with the llamas in the morning which was an unforgettable experience. On top of that we had really pleasant chats with the host about what they do, the area, the llamas etc...

This is a perfect example of a rustic but well thought space for travelers, you can see that every detail was chosen carefully. It’s well located as you can see the everyday life of the city while having downtown walking distance. The host is the sweetest lady.
The property is a sweet room with a rustic feel that has a lovely terrace with a view of the village. Maria was extremely helpful and gave us a fantastic recommendation for dinner and some horse riding, and we were also able to wash clothes at the property. It’s a steep journey in the car to access the property, but very easily accessible by foot when out in the village.
