Desiree was really amazing. She helped us with everything and also booked an activity for us. Lunch and dinner were very good and at a good price, but you have to wait a lot if there are other guests Position optimal for black water tubing, suspension bridge and zip line They offer water and coffee

We loved the Fernery Lodge and Spa, what a great location, very unique! The views of the gorge with hiking trails was beautiful, and the view down to the ocean was special. We even watched two new baby whales jumping while having breakfast. The dinner was outstanding, we were sorry we could not stay longer as we had to stay on our pre booked schedule. The drive into the property was most unique as well, traveling through the forest harvesting and replanting of trees was very interesting to experience.

A great place to stay for an trip to Storms River and Tsitsikarmma. Lovely gardens with a good room and efficient bathroom. A short walk to the Main Street, the local hotel for drinks and dinner. Lots of restaurants to choose from. And a very generous breakfast each morning. Mike and staff were very helpful. Great stay.

Great staff, great bed, amazing bathroom. Fabulous location with views of the sea and river gorge and waterfall. Didn't use the pool or spa so cannot comment. Good breakfast and dinner. Inexpensive, from UK viewpoint, food and stay Well sign posted route in from the N2 and, contrary to what the hotel email said, Google maps gave the same route in.

The views are absolutely amazing. The food was perfect and delicious from breakfast, to lunch, snacks and dinner. We absolutely loved the food. The Spar is also the best I've experienced in a while. We loved the outdoor hot tub. We loved the trailer walks. We loved our chalet and its bathroom. We had the best experience at the property and the services is par excellence.

Cozy guest house with everything you need, e.g. community lounge area and nice breakfast terrace. Friendly staff and good breakfast. We can also recommend the owner's cafe next door (Tsitrus Cafe) for dinner.

The cabins are rustic, cozy and welcoming with thoughtful touches everywhere. Small things like a variety of coffees being offered and a lovely Fynbos range of shampoos and soaps made the cabin such a lovely stay. Herman & Louis were quick to help when we needed something. Breathtaking views to wake up to! If you like that 'into the woods' kind of feel - these cabins are absolute winners!
