Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
The Residence Inn was a great choice for us in Vail. The hotel has all the amenities you need for your ski trip. Their shuttle service to Vail Village is very convenient and runs every 15 minutes until 10pm. Parking is great! Without knowing too much about other hotels in Vail, I think it is an excellent option in terms of price/benefit without ever feeling like a low-cost hotel (which it is not). 100% recommended.
The property’s location is perfect for touring vail and the food choices on property were nice for anyone that was tired and didn’t want to get dinner off property after a long day.
The location is superb! Right in Vail Village. It was wonderful to sit in Pepi's Pub and people watch in comfort. Breakfast was typically European with cold cut, fresh fruit and assorted breakfast cereals.
Dinner was excellent - their rack of lamb was to die for!
THIS IS THE BEST RENTAL I HAVE EVER STAYED AT, and I do not say that lightly. From the beginning of booking this cozy home, the host’s communication and warm welcome was nothing but exceptional. I loved the location of this house as it had the ability to feel like you were in a winter wonderland while giving you the option to take a short bus ride into town. The decor was so aesthetically pleasing and the house was very clean. I can not recommend this property enough!
It was so beautifully decorated for Christmas. The tavern which is connected to the hotel has great food and breakfast which was included with our stay. The spa was wonderful and so was the ice skating rink outside.
